Octavia Carney provides content strategy, educational email course development, and newsletter writing services for health, wellness, and indoor environmental health businesses.
Services begin upon receipt of payment and execution of a project agreement or statement of work. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in writing before work begins.
Payment is due in full before work begins for Educational Email Courses. Newsletter retainers are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary materials, and information required to complete the project. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, all deliverables and final work product become the property of the client. Octavia Carney retains the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
All client information, business details, and proprietary materials shared during the engagement are kept confidential.
Octavia Carney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or materials.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
